Coffee and Kindness

I ate more "normal" portions today. It's much easier to start over after my time of the month and where I feel like I've caught up on sleep and energy. We also just ordered groceries and I bought more veggies, fruit and leafy greens. I also was intentional to buy more chicken and salmon. Tomorrow I'll make my favorite smoothie for breakfast, maybe the salmon with my fave garlic quinoa and brown rice with veggies, and the dinner maybe some chicken breast with red potatoes and Caesar salad. If I take a nice photo I'll post it as well 😊
